Compared with manual shells, it greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers, shortens the manufacturing cycle, improves the consistency and stability of the quality of precision castings, breaking through the weight limit of some products, and has a great advantage in the production of large and medium-sized parts.

The shell air-drying line workshop adopts an automatic temperature and humidity control system. The operating temperature of the entire workshop is maintained at 24°C±1°C. The line rotates circular, which improves the circulating air convection effect of the workshop, ensures that each shell can be evenly air-dried, and speeds up the process, improving production efficiency.
